SEPTEMBER MEDAL - CHANGE OF DATE & VENUE

Hi Everyone

Some of you may already know but part of the Clubhouse of Renfrew has burnt down and having only found out about it a short time ago, we thought we should check things out. Apparently there are no changing facilities or catering facilities at Renfrew at the moment.

Therefore, we have decided to change the venue and, unfortunately, we have had to change the date as well. We tried to get the same date at Caldwell or Kilmacolm but neither could accommodate us on that particular date.
KILMACOLM has agreed to host this Medal for us on MONDAY 20TH SEPTEMBER --- TEE TIMES BOOKED 9.00 A.M. UNTIL 12 NOON.
Caldwell were also prepared to host this on the Monday but they could not guarantee there will be no Winter greens as they may well be doing work on the course that week.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused but under the circumstances we thought it better not to have our Medal at Renfrew. Therefore, Carol Fell has set up a new page for this Medal on the web-site so, therefore, YOU WILL HAVE TO RE-APPLY for this competition (postal entries - Liz Hale will contact you to see if you are still able to play). Hopefully most of you will still be able to play on Monday 20th September. We have extended the entry date for this competition to Friday 10th September because of this change. Liz Hale is the Committee member who is in charge of this competition
Please if you know of anyone who does not have a computer could you pass on this important message. Thanks.
