The Junior Champion of Champions competition was played today at the Duke's Course, St Andrews, in very wet conditions after a one hour delay due to flooding. Craig Ross, Kirkhill, won the boys and Kate McIntosh, Broomieknowe, won the girl's Championship.
Alyson McKechin who was the 2010 Champion put up a spirited fight to retain her title in what I gather was terrible weather conditions. Eilidh Briggs withdrew from the event
