MEGAN BRIGGS AND LESLEY COSH ARE THE MAY MEDAL STARS

Megan Briggs (Kilmacolm) - pictured left maintained her good form after winning the West of Scotland Championship over Cardross on Sunday with and excellent one under par 70 over Cowglen today (2 under the CSS) to win the BEST SCRATCH AWARD of the day.






Lesley Cosh - Click to enlargeLesley Cosh (pictured right) playing over her home course was the winner of the Handicap section and winner of the Medal by virtue of the better inward half from Megan.

Jennifer Mack (Haggs Castle) was 3rd by the better inward half from Alyson McKechin (Elderslie) who also had a net 72.

In the 13 - 28 Handicap section Anita McMillan from Erskine was the winner by one shot from Past Captain Christeen Finlayson (Whitecraigs), followed by Anne Aitken from Eastwood.
